Communication Channels
The EPFL Innovation Park is a vibrant hub where many activities take place throughout the year, offering everyone the opportunity to get actively involved and contribute to its dynamics. Sharing information is essential to ensure that every actor of the community is aware of events, opportunities and latest projects, fostering greater engagement and driving innovation.
EPFL Innovation Park communications are distributed through a variety of channels, depending on their nature and target audience.
The website is the main showcase for the EPFL Innovation Park, centralizing a wealth of information for both on-site companies and external visitors. The latest news and events are regularly shared. Some events may be dedicated exclusively to the community of the Park.
The mobile application is reserved exclusively for companies of the Park.
Users are automatically added to the “Everybody” group and can join a wide variety of channels according to their interests.
How to use the app:
- Make sure you have access to the tenant portal on the EPFL Innovation Park website. If this is not the case, please contact your office or site manager so that they can create a profile for you to do so.
- Download the app for iOS here or Android here.
- Log in by entering the same email and password you received for the tenant portal.
Screen displays placed throughout the Park showing upcoming events and announcements also serve as official communication tools, allowing information to be shared visibly and cefficiently.
E-mailings are sent to the companies of the Park according to a distribution list defined by role (administrator, site manager, facilities, Camipro, events, sustainability) and the nature of the communication. Contacts on this list are responsible for forwarding information to their colleagues involved. This includes official information on services, sustainability, mobility,maintenance, Camipro, Park events and other ecosystem-related communications.
The monthly newsletter can be received by anyone who is a member of the mobile app EPFL Innovation Park.

Communication policy
Communication at the EPFL Innovation Park is predominantly conducted in English. For shorter messages, we often send communications in both French and English. For more detailed messages, we prioritize communication in English. This is because the EPFL Innovation Park is an internationally renowned innovation hub with a large international community. As such, English is considered the common professional language for all. In case of specific needs regarding an important message that may not be understood, Sophie is available for a call or a meeting.
