Six Swiss startups enter Plug and Play accelerator programs
24.9.2021 – Plug and Play has chosen 153 start-ups to join their Winter 2021 Batches. Among them are six companies from Switzerland and two from EPFL. They have been selected for the Energy, Mobility, Real Estate and Travel programs.

Throughout the next three months, the selected start-ups will be able to participate in networking events, mentor sessions, focus weeks, dealflow sessions and more. This opportunity will increase the start-ups’ chances of securing exclusive pilots, POCs, new customers and investments. Since inception in 2006, Plug and Play has built up an impressive network with 500 corporate partners and hundreds of venture capital firms and investors.

The selected companies from Switzerland include

This patented integrated device shows record stability, high solar-to-fuel, and solar-to-electricity efficiency, and cost-effective fuel and power production.

Mobility

Fixposition – provides high-precision positioning in a multitude of challenging environments, be it urban canyons, underpasses, under tree canopies. Fixposition’s combination of corrected satellite navigation and Computer Vision boosts the reliability of autonomous systems, while also facilitating the development of completely new robotic applications and services.

Real Estate & Contruction

Oxygen at Work – improves the air quality in office spaces combining natural plants with modern technology to improve the health of the employees and reduce the energy consumption of buildings.
