dealing with Marketing, deciding which projects to pursue, organising for speed…
This workshop will be customised around the issues and challenges that you are meeting as an R&D leader, such as:
- “I have many more projects to deliver than I have budget for”
- “I am focused on delivery of current projects and have no time for feeding and exploiting the innovation funnel”

- “My marketing counterpart can’t decide on features”
- “I can’t keep up with projects that gets started, redirected, changed …”
- “For some projects, I need to reduce time to market. For others, it’s all about performance…how do I deal with this”?
- “I have technology projects embedded in product projects – how can I manage this risk?”
After you have registered for this workshop (see below), you are kindly asked to send your issues, obstacles, challenges by May 1st to Yves Karcher, elaborating on what is the impact of the challenge and providing examples as required.
After having consolidated and selected the key challenges, Yves will share some of his learnings about them. Then the participants will be split in small teams. With Yves’ coaching, each team will debate and work on a selected issue and report back to the group. We will have one more iteration of this teamwork during the half-day.
Through two highly interactive workshops, also learning from each other, you will find anchor points and possible options for you to move forward. You will also learn to know peers with similar issues.
The workshops will be held in English and/or French, depending on the audience.
