Workshop about Cyber Security by SecuLabs
After the recent worldwide cyberattack “Wannacry”, many companies are taking measures to reenforce their security. However what about your company? According to studies, Internet crime is a growth industry and the number of cyberattacks is endlessly growing over the years.
This workshop is aimed at changing this trend by helping you secure your IT system and applications and warn you against the most frequent hacking attacks.
For each threat we will try to explain the concept and expose it with a live hacking demonstration (USB key infection, Macro Word, Heartbleed, Google Dorks, Dark Web, etc).
Then we will propose a solution with a free (or a very cheap) tool that addresses this issue.
This cyber security workshop will focus on the following themes:
Introduction: Focus on “Wannacry”.
What is it ? What is a ransomware?
What is its impact?
I. Protect your company:
What are the best practices to develop your Information System/app?
Is the Cloud more secure than on-premise?
What is a Web Application Firewall?
What is a service of monitoring?
II. OSINT Open Source Intelligence:
What are the public information about me and my company available on the Internet?
Why is it a threat?
How to prevent a hacker form using these information?
III. Phishing and Dark Web:
What is phishing? How to spot it?
What is the Dark Web? What is sell on it?
Practice reflexes in regard to risks behaviors.
