Bio of the Workshop leader: Albert Schot
Albert has 30 years’ experience in Commercial Contract Manager, of which 8 in IBM’s Law Department. He is an expert in all commercial contracts, IT contracts, international complex negotiations and changing surroundings. In 2016, he successfully founded a company providing contract management support to local based companies, active in all industry sectors, from start-ups to corporations. His main strengths are: business orientation, intuitive risk management, process simplifier.
Bio of the Workshop leader: Jean-Tristan Michel
Jean-Tristan is a lawyer with PhD in labor law. His main practice area is in relation with business law: companies, labor law, contracts, general conditions, insolvency and bankruptcy. His approach is focused on the client’s needs: that is why he frequently provides all-in prices, and e-mail or Skype assistance to them.
