The GoodFestival will bring 8,800 innovators focussed on sustainability from all over the world to Lausanne, Switzerland and connect them to hundreds of SMEs & Impact Investors.
The GoodFestival aims at contributing to the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by 193 countries in New York in September 2015 and further cemented at the COP21 in Paris in December 2015.
The GoodFestival team is launching a global “Call for Projects” campaign to invite Innovators with projects that address the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals to GoodFestival Lausanne, Switzerland to connect with Makers & Innovators and scale up their innovation.
Anyone can apply to the Good100 Program, as long as the projects are meeting the #GlobalGoals. GoodFestival is bringing together three types of people: The Sustainable Innovators, the Makers & the Impact Investors. All projects selected for Good100 will receive a package worth $4,000, thanks to funding from the Swiss Government, guidance from United Nations Development Program, support from Olympic Museum and sponsors.
The Sustainable Innovators are professionals working towards of a better world. They are the Social Entrepreneurs, Writers, Teachers, Filmmakers, Designers, Musicians, Doctors, Dancers, Scientists, Artisans, Students, Visionaries and Thought Leaders at Small, Medium and Large organisations. They have concrete projects, they need partners to scale up and raise more funds. For instance, a project that provides education in remote villages.
