Writing enforceable international contracts – How to avoid pitfalls, and how your contract is like an engine

Contract quarrels in the tech world are disruptive and costly.  They arise because the future is unpredictable. While today’s environment shapes your contracts, tomorrow’s environment shapes contract failures. Writing enforceable international contracts in a way that avoids pitfalls is essential to protect your business.

This workshop will arm you with tips on how to avoid the most common contract and drafting failures. We share our experience resolving large international disputes, where we act as counsel representing tech companies or as arbitrators deciding on the disputes.
