“Solving business problems through design methods”
with Raphaël Lutz, Founder LE LAB

Designers are asked to be very creative to produce graphic, formal and other propositions related to the line of our work. The way they see the world and develop their concepts turns around three main lines: human-centered, innovative and very rigorous. This is the keys of their vision when they produce creative content (graphic, product, photography, video, etc.).

There is now a new approach to use this vision, some call it design thinking, some call it human-centered design, some call it design methods, etc. The name doesn’t matter. What matters is the fact that designers are more involved into business strategy. Startups, SMEs and even multinationals uses their vision and their design methods to solve problems, accelerate projects, analyse and design services.

After a short presentation of some design methods, we will go deeper into a case study. Before coming to this short presentation, Raphaël is inviting you to ask yourself which problematic of your business or life could be solved by a bunch of designers? This should be an introduction to the mindset he invites you to be.

Time: 12.15 – 13.15
