Workshop for R&D leaders by Logitech’s former VP of Engineering—Yves Karcher

This workshop is aimed at addressing common R&D leader’s challenges:
- Increase efficiency & responsiveness of your R&D shop: how to (re)design the R&D Organisation?
- Lead R&D projects portfolio: deal with Marketing, identify, select, manage and execute R&D projects (whether development, ingredients or research projects)
Through two highly interactive workshops, also learning from each other, you will find anchor points and possible options for you to move forward. You will also learn to know peers with similar issues.
The workshops will be held in English and/or French, depending on the audience.
Bio of the workshop leader: Yves Karcher
Master of Sciences of Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France (INPG) and EMBA from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. Joined Engineering of Hewlett-Packard and Georg-Fischer and finally Logitech in 1989 in various leadership roles. In 1999, lead Logitech Engineering as director for mice and trackballs and later as Vice-President for all Consumer Computing products, which included retail, OEM, Gaming and tablet-related accessories as well as future categories (up to 400 engineers globally). In January 2015, Yves Karcher retired from the corporate world and created InnoExec to share what he learnt on Innovation and Execution to companies and students. He interacts in French and English, whether in one-to-one coaching, classes, seminars or workshops.
