Coronavirus – information for EPFL Innovation Park Companies

Measures lifted

Following announcement by the Federal Council, we are very happy to inform you that we are lifting most of the pandemic measures at EPFL and EPFL Innovation Park, effective from 17 February 2022. That means we are all able to once again freely engage in our activities.

Measures lifted on 17 February 2022
  • COVID certificates and temporary passes are no longer required at EPFL Innovation Park and on EPFL campuses.
  • Face masks are no longer required anywhere at EPFL Innovation Park and on EPFL campuses (in buildings, classrooms, offices, restaurants, common areas, etc.).
  • All measures applying to events and restaurants on campus have been lifted.
What if you test positive or show symptoms?

People who test positive for COVID should not come to EPFL Innovation Park and on EPFL campus. The requirement to isolate for at least five days still applies (see the FOPH website for more information). If you think you may have been infected with COVID or if you show symptoms, please do not come to campus even if you’ve been vaccinated.

You can get tested for COVID-19 directly on EPFL’s Lausanne campus (Parking Colladon). The EPFL testing center is open, by appointment only.

Making an appointment

  • Without any symptoms, you can make an appointment directly online (click hereunder).
  • In case of symptoms, you should only make an appointment if the Coronavirus Check evaluation recommends you get tested, or you receive an alert from the SwissCovid app.
